The Macdonald Berystede Hotel & Spa is the perfect retreat for your meeting or event, located within peaceful gardens and woodland. A blend of traditional charm and modern amenities,the Berystede is able to accomodate meetings of up to 330 people comfortably. The hotel boasts 14 fully equipped conference suites offering free broadband Internet access, wireless Internet access, natural daylight, black-out curtains and air conditioning. Video conferencing, ISDN lines and specialist equipment are also available for hire. Free gated car park for up to 250 cars.

If cancelled up to 14:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Arrival after 2pm. Champagne and Canape Reception at 7.00pm accompanied by traditional Carol Singers followed by a sumtuous Four Course Dinner 25th December - breakfast at leisure. Lunch is served from 12noon and is six festive courses. 5pm Afternoon Tea and Christmas Cake is served and from 7pm a Yuletide Buffet with games in the evening.

You will dine in style at the 1 rosette Hyperion Restaurant. Named after a famous racehorse, the restaurant is also renowned for its traditional English cuisine, Our Chef Gordon Ingles has also added some more modern dishes to his repertoire. During Sunday lunchtimes the mood is relaxed when lunch is served, accompanied by our resident pianist.
From the m4 eastbound turn onto the m25 anti-clockwise at junction 15. Follow the m25 until junction 12, turning onto the m3 eastbound. Follow until junction 3. Take the a322 signed Ascot, pass under the flyover and take the exit on the left and left onto the a30 signed Sunningdale. Take the b3020 Bagshot Road exit on the left and follow this until you should see The Berystede Hotel on the left hand side.
